You can forward calls directly to voice-mail by entering 7000 as the destination extension.
To disable forwarding calls:

7 – Pickup a call in your group
Some areas have their phones in a pickup group. If the phone is ringing on someone else’s phone, you can answer it.
Enter 223 while the other phone is ringing
Obviously, you would have to catch it before voice mail answers the call.
8 – Substitute voice message for extension number when leaving messages
When you leave a message with someone, the person only knows that the call came from your extension. By using this feature, you can leave a voice message that identifies whose phone was used instead of having the person try to find the extension in the phone book. Try to keep the message short.
Login to voice-mail system
Enter: 89
Press 5 to record a new message
(Example:
say your name and your extension)
Press # to stop recording
9 – Verify/change operator assistance number when someone dials 0 after reaching your voicemail
When someone reaches your voice-mail, you can define where there call goes if they press zero.
Login to voice-mail system
Enter: 801
It will announce current operator assistance
number
Enter new operator assistance extension
followed by #
